Today Mr. A went bowling with his daddy. They were supposed to go with their Cub Scout troop, but no one else showed up, including the pack leader. D'oh!
We spent the evening with our neighbors, because their son and daughter-in-law, who we became friends with a few months ago, are moving away. It was a nice night, but Miss A was pretty cranky because she's cutting lots of teeth, which makes her want to shove things in her mouth, cry and drool--possibly in that order.
Mr. A wore H&M dark-wash jeans (they're good for destroying), a Boden shirt and polka dot Vans that everyone tells me are for girls. Well, they're blue polka dots, so he's wearing them.
(See, I have to surprise him with pictures or else he won't let me take them.)
Miss A wore a navy Ralph Lauren shirt that is probably too small for her, an adorable Burberry skirt, plain Gymbo tights (they're great to stock up on when they hit $0.99) and shoes from Gymboree's Tres Chic line.
I managed to get Miss A to take a few pictures of summer clothes today, but she didn't cooperate much. Everything she tried on today was from Janie and Jack.
From the Time for Tea line. . .I really wanted the dress, but maybe this ensemble is more practical. It sure is cute, though. I was going to buy an ensemble from Gymboree's Garden Party line, but I think this one is just as good.
Blue Skies. . .I don't think she cares much for this, and to be honest, I'm not as in love with it as I was. Probably because I've already had it. But I do have the onesie this year, so I might see how it looks with that.
Vibrant Garden. . .I don't think this is very pretty in pictures, but it sure is lovely in person. I love the top part, and I'm so happy the straps are adjustable!
Sweet Coral Reef. . .She was done at this point. All I got was a shot of a ruffled bum and one of a cup in her face. Bummer, because this is such a cute outfit!

More Taekwondo! Mr. A got his blue stripe tonight, so we had to sit at the do-jang for about three hours. Yikes!
Miss A wore Catimini today. Both the dress and the tights are from Catimini. I love the poms on the tights, but they're going to fall off really fast. I don't even know if they'll make it through one wash. She's wearing grey Chucks, too. The funny thing is, Mr. A was also wearing the exact same grey Chucks last night. I didn't even realize until then that they had matching shoes. I should take advantage of that.

This is why I've never followed through with a fashion blog or a daily post. I'm not good about taking pictures. Since Miss A stays inside most of the day, though, if I don't do this, no one would ever see her.
Tonight was Mr. A's Taekwondo class. Miss A wore a dress from Gap's Boho Baby line. The dress is 12-18 months, but it comes dangerously close to showing her bottom, so I put the striped Boho Baby fleece pants underneath it. It was actually really cute! I had the bow made to match Gymboree's Harvest Leaves line, but the colors are the same, so it works. The shoes (which you can't see) are also from Baby Gap, but I don't know which line they're from.
A rare pic of Mr. A. He's wearing the panda sweater from Janie and Jack's Winter Sledding line. He's crazy for this line. I might not be able to sell it during the summer. I think I'll have a fight on my hands. He's wearing his TKD pants underneath, so pay no attention to those. . .

Winter is almost over, which makes me sad, because there were lots of things that didn't get worn this year. I'm sad about that because the kids have lots of cute clothes still hanging in their closets, but what really bothers me is there was just SO much. Too much. I'd say lesson learned, but I think we're looking at a repeat this summer. I hope not!
This was the first (and very possibly the last) time Miss A got to wear this outfit. So sad! The skirt and jacket are from the Spanish brand Sophie Catalou, and they're the softest corduroy ever. The cream-colored sweater is from Empress Baby, and the tights are from Catamini. They're actually surprisingly versatile!
I may have to put her in this again soon, because it's too cute to wear only once. Sorry for the crappy pics--they were taken with the camera in my phone.
